Opportunity Submission Terms
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Non-confidential first contact
Initial information must be general and non-confidential. Do not send trade secrets, clinical data, personal medical information, unpublished intellectual property or documents subject to confidentiality obligations.
No automatic relationship
Submitting information does not require ABG to evaluate, fund, engage, represent or respond to the opportunity, and does not by itself create a fiduciary, advisory, investment, agency, partnership or confidentiality relationship.
Later process
If there is preliminary interest, ABG may request a conversation, additional information or an appropriate agreement before receiving confidential material. Any assessment, mandate or participation will be documented separately.
Authority to share
Anyone submitting an opportunity represents that they have sufficient authority to share the submitted information and that doing so does not breach obligations to third parties.
